Dr Arvind Shukla: Mentor
Dr Shukla has held several important roles in various companies such as the CEO of Orissa Trust of Technical Education & Training; President of India Operations for Vayam Technologies Ltd (formerly iBILT Technologies Ltd); Advisor to Tech Mahindra Ltd for their non-Telecom business. Prior to this he served as the business Unit Head for India and the Global Enterprise Integration Practice for NIIT Technologies and also led the business unit for the Asia Pacific (APAC) region in NIIT Technologies for over three years. Over a decade ago, Dr Shukla was with IBM Global Services India, where he had several roles such as the Vice President of Business Innovation Services; Country Manager for Distribution, Communications and Public sector business. Dr Shukla has also held several senior management responsibilities in HCL Perot Systems, HCL Hewlett Packard Ltd and CMC Ltd. His role is to steer the Company to greater heights through increased business and growth in visibility so as to make Ampere a trusted and accepted name in the Software Services industry.

Nitin Chauhan: Director/CEO
Nitin Co-founded Ampere to provide on demand software engineering services, to the Entrepreneurs around the world. Nitin has led sales and marketing teams, engineering efforts in leading technology consulting companies based In India. Nitin leads the strategic vision of Ampere and works with potential partners and customers. He ensures unmatched service experience to all Ampere's customers and address offshore/outsourcing concerns at early stage. Nitin graduated in IT and Management and has attended various quality/CMM/Marketing forums.

Rachit Agarwal - Director/CTO
Rachit has a successful track record in managing, architecting, designing, implementing, and delivering large cutting edge software applications and application frameworks in ampere as well as in his previous leading technological consulting organization. He is an expert in Microsoft Technologies and other related technologies. Rachit leads all engineering and development efforts at Ampere. Rachit works closely with our clients to help them build their product as desired and provides his expertise in making them success. He steers the development life cycle of commercial software, and mentors the research and implementation of innovative software tools and components. Rachit holds an Engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (IIT-Delhi).

Kamal Miglani: Director/Delivery Head
Kamal Miglani has been in the IT industry for over 10+ years. He is an expert in Microsoft Technologies, XML and other related technologies. Kamal has extensive experience in product development. Kamal is responsible for ensuring successful implementation of the offshore software product development assignments for our partner software companies. Kamal has a Bachelors of Technology in Computer Engineering from MDU and an MBA form Symbiosis. Kamal manages multiple projects running at Ampere, while maintaining budgets and deadlines. He is also responsible for new technology assimilation and adoption in the company. Kamal is an certified MCTS, MCPD developer professional.

Technical Team :
Besides the promoters, a core group of technical experts works predominantly to develop and test best possible software to the customers world-wide. Core Technical Group @ Ampere has average technical experience of 5 to 12 years and possess educational certificates from India premier institutes like IIT-Delhi, IIT-KGP, REC's and other leading private institutes.
